Hello everyone. I know I haven’t been here for a long time but my grandfather died last week and therefore I didn’t have the heart to come here. It’s very difficult for me to cope with that and that’s the reason why I haven’t been much online.

Ashara was laughing softly at one of her brother’s word, shaking her head as she gently nudged his shoulder. She was new in town, having recently arrived & moved in with her older brother. Arthur was busy today and couldn’t honor his promise of showing her around. Therefore the task had been given to one of her brother’s friend whom Ashara did not know yet. An imperceptible smile hovered around her lips as they came to face him, indeed, the dark-haired Dayne had to admit that he was rather handsome.

She teased, a smile dancing on her lips as her brother rolled his eyes. Chuckling softly, the Dayne stepped forward.

MARRIAGE was something Ashara did not think she was made for. And for a while, she had thought she would not be forced to wed someone she did not know. But Harrenhal had happened & it was not her choice anymore. She was with a child. One lost night in Harrenhal had been enough. There was not much Ashara could do as the man was already betrothed. The only way to save herself from dishonor was through marriage. She shouldn’t have been surprised that the answer had come so quickly, she was close to the princess after all, and Starfall was renowned. It was both a relief & source of wonder for the lady.

Ashara could not complain of what she had seen of her husband for the moment. He was handsome, that was undeniable. and yet, as they were dancing, she couldn’t help but wonder if this beauty reflected his heart.

It was overwhelming and Ashara truly felt as though her heat was broken without any chance of being healed. She wanted to scream but her throat was sore. The lady of Starfall wiped away her tears, her purple gaze now dark as she turned to face the new lord of Winterfell.

Her voice was barely a whisper now. Ashara was feeling tired & utterly alone. She had no one now. Her precious daughter was dead, her closest friend had been murdered, the two children whom she had cared for had been butchered, and the man she loved had been executed. There was only one thing the lady longed for now: for the pain to stop.
