Sports wasn’t really Kaoru’s thing. It’s not that he didn’t like them– he just wasn’t very good at anything he tried. Maybe it was because he didn’t have an athletic build, or maybe it’s because he’s just lazy. Either way, there would be no way that she would get him up from bed to go for a jog; at least that’s what Kaoru himself wanted to believe.

“I told you,” he wheezed between breaths, “I haven’t ran this much since I was little. My heart can’t take it.”

“Mmm running won’t kill you. I promise you that if you finish this up with me then I’ll do whatever you want.” Looking at him a smile sat on her lips before she kissed his cheek. Sure he was sweaty and everything but that didn’t change the fact that she was going to kiss him and show how much she loved him. “Thank you thought for joining me. I really mean it.”
