Thinking about being TF141’s hybrid and getting sent out to help another team with a mission without any of your other pack teammates.

Thinking the captain of the loan team doesn’t like hybrids much.

Thinking about getting geared up for the mission and all your gear is at its normal length until the loan captain decides it’s too loose and tightens it until it’s uncomfortably digging into your skin. And when you voice that he shuts you down and tells you to shut up it’s for your safety. But it’s really not and it digs right into your inguinal crease (crease under the thighs) until you don’t notice it anymore. Getting back to base and being so sore and overwhelmed you go straight to your room instead of letting the team know you’re back.

I’m thinking it’s Ghost who notices first that your loan team is back and wonders why you haven’t let them know you’re back yet. Obviously he gets worried and goes looking for you eventually finding you face down on your bed still geared up. You’re unresponsive until he tries to roll you over which makes you cry out as the straps dig into your flesh more. He’s confused until he sees the dried blood around the straps mutilating you.

He’s mad.

He carries you to Prices office despite your protests. Mostly because the movement causes more pain.

He only stays in Price’s office long enough to show him what happened then he’s storming out to let off some steam (he goes to the gym and beats the shit out of a punching bag)

Thinking about half sitting half laying on Price’s lap while he comforts you and tries to hold you still and Soap surgically cuts and peels off pieces of the strap because it was so deep there was no other way to remove it. Ghost sits on the couch watching. Him and Soap want to jump the team that did this to you but Price put down his foot and told them they had to take care of your first.

Price eventually convincing Ghost to hold you so he could file paperwork against the other team while him and Soap are tending to you.

Ghost being the gentlest he’s ever been with you. Barely holding you down against his chest. Even when he nuzzles your neck to comfort you his touch is barely felt.

Gaz is not gonna be happy about this when he gets back from HIS loan mission :(

No thoughts just ghost being an emotional drunk...

Ghost doesn't drink often, hates how he feels after, but whenever he does it always ends like this.

"Lovie...loveee....you need to divorce me..." he stares at you eyes all wide and intense like this is the most important thing he could tell you. Ghost keeps swaying in his seat, and in fear of an er visit for a cracked skull, you absently cup his face to steady him.

"But I don't want to, baby. I love you." You smile, not pointing out the fact you've only been dating for a few months and are definitely not married.

"Love...me??" Ghost gets this tight, pinched look on his face, eyes wet "but...but I've done bad things, love. The kind of things that would make your skin crawl."

A hand settles heavy on your shoulder, but ghost still nuzzles into your palms, unable to decide if he should rescue you from the relationship with him or bask in your warmth like a cat. "I've killed people. Lots of them."

"I know." You dismiss, and before ghost can start recount stuff that leaves him with nightmares, you place a peck on his crooked nose. "I still love you."

Just as predicted, ghost looks absolutely stunned by the action before he lets out a low keen. He clumsily gathers you into his lap, chest-to-chest so he can hide his face in your shoulder and huge you like a teddy-bear, overwhelmed.

In a small voice, he adds "...I love you too. Please don'tsivorce me"

At first, you would grab the food and run, terrified this was some kind of trick being played on you. Over time, you started to become more comfortable. You'd lounge on the trees nearby, catching the sun on your fuzzy belly for hours, or splash around in puddles that the rain made.

"Ya gonna bring em inside?" Kyle whines, tail thumping Nikolai's thigh as he watches you scurry around outside.

"No, baby. They are an outside pet. They wouldn't like it inside." Nik coos as he scratches behind the happy puppy's ear. "Why don't you go find Dad, hmm? You need your nails clipped."
