btw hot take it’s ok to stop your fast or eat a bit in general when ur at school or work especially if you’re walking a lot. exercising too bc it HURTS not to.

if u dont have the energy to do the stuff u need to do, its OKAY TO BREAK UR FAST!! long term, fasting is gonna get u to a similar spot as high res (<400 per day). will also help not to b1ng3!! dont feel bad abt needing to still function in ur life

Guys can I be totally honest? I actually don’t want to lose weight. Like I’m good with how I am now. If anything I want to start working out more and eating more/better and taking good care of my health and actually GAIN. But my life feels like it’s falling apart right now and there’s very very very few things I can control right now. And restricting helps give me the illusion that I’m in control of at least something. But I don’t want to lose weight. Which is very conflicting cuz if I restricting then I’m gonna lose weight. Like that’s just basic science. But I’m truly so miserable when I restrict now. I like it when I first relapse and I have a goal to work towards. But I’ve reached my goal. I’m good now. I don’t want to keep restricting. But I’m scared of losing the one thing I can control. I don’t know what to do. I’m scared to keep going but I’m also scared to start recovering
