zelda  absolutely suffers  from  ptsd,  especially  after  her  union  with  faustus.   she  knows  how  to  compartmentalize,  but  that  doesn’t  mean  that  she  doesn’t  still  have  trouble  with  these  things.

Anger and irritation flashes inside her, but Lilith manages to keep the flames at bay. Nothing but a twitch of a cheek muscle reveals anything as she glances over Zelda Spellman.

as   right  as  she  was  about  that,  zelda  didn’t  take  kindly  to  anyone  speaking  ill  of  her  niece.   only  her  and  hilda  had  that  right,  she  knew.   the  redhead  was  completely  justified  in  turning  lilith  away,  even  when  having  been  faced  with  lucifer.  feminism  meant  nothing  if  the  woman  seeking  refuge  would’ve handed  their  family  to  the  dark  lord  on  a  silver  platter  if  he  asked.   no,  she  had  made  plenty  of  mistakes  in  her  life,  but  trusting  lilith  wouldn’t  be  one  of  them,  especially not  after  the  way  she’d  deceived  them  all.   ❛   what  of  sabrina?   ❜  she  asked,  a  bored  look  on  her  face.   ❛   surely  whatever  mess  she’s  made,  you’ll  clean  up.  are  you  not  the  dark  lord’s  bitch  after  all?   ❜   and  yes,  her  words   were  meant  to  sting.
