 Warned by his manager to keep a low profile while heading out on his own. Since aiming to become the top idol, Takeru had been seriously taking more precautions to ensure that dream comes true. Finally, he had a day off from his busy schedule that had been lined up with concerts and fan meets. Exhausting as it was, he loved seeing the smiles on his fans faces as they greet him and his Pokemon.

 Naturally, he’d like to make anyone he met smile, even when he wasn’t playing idol on the stage. So seeing a stoic lady on route to Goldenrod City where his next job was held, Takeru second naturely approached the stranger with a bright smile.

 “Hey there~ What’s with the gloomy face?”

 Takeru had been warned against making too much of a fuss when out in public. Being an idol meant that every step he made, every breath he took was watched and scrutinized by the public’s eyes. Any mistake he made could be scrutinized by the very people that supported him. It was definitely a tricky industry, but what fun would there be if risks weren’t involved. That was exactly where the idol found himself.

 Next to his passion for the stage and bringing smiles to his fans, he had a deep love for Pokemon battles. Like many fans have speculated from the forums he’s read, his team wasn’t just for those concerts. Carefully training them, he had proudly assembled a team to achieve his own dreams. However as an idol, freedom was limited and battles were a distant dream until he discovered a way to sneak off from the agency unnoticed.

 “You’ve got this Pyxis!” Pulling down his face mask, Takeru encouraged his rotom with the same enthusiasm he has on stage. Fixing his cap to get a better view of his opponent, he ordered the next attack, winning the match. Pumping his fists in the air with a shout of victory, he then shook his opponents hand while giving them a few tips. Adrenaline was still rushing through his veins as he searched for the next battle when another pair of eyes from a girl caught his attention.
