uhhhh I listen to a LOT of video game soundtracks actually! Just recreationally. Sometimes even they're games I've been playing recently. I personally really like the Outer Wilds, Mewgenics, Ultrakill, and Rain World osts just to name a few. I also like listening to albums of things

AND THE OTHER THING I technically already have a sideblog for but currently there's basically nothing on it. I should really fix that. I've posted some stuff about it on my mainblog that I should really migrate over there (it's @planetvelociraptor if you were curious. Still a work in progress. The blog I mean). Mostly it's just me going ham with specbio and conlanging and not a whole lot of world lore like there is over here ! Its main allure is the aliens that I made for it. If the Wrong Space universe at large is because of the mecha pilot jazz au, then Clawtact is because of this webcomic called Runaway To The Stars :) Not as direct a borrowing BUT it was a big inspiration for getting started on fun and interesting sophonts

Another ask! Is there anything in your fic (that's already been revealed so you don't need to dance around spoilers) that you'd like to rant about? Such as minor character motivations in a scene that weren't important to reveal storywise so we never got to learn about, or a piece of worldbuilding you put extra thought into, or just a fun fact?

HMMMM.... HMMMMMM there's a lot of little extra stuff in the worldbuilding cause of the way that I end up adding more to it, and also everything that I'm a Big Fan of that I made I'm going to figure out a way to get into the main plot Eventually so..... fun facts it is ! I have a lot as it turns out

I'm kiiinda considering writing a prequel of what Meister was up to before the Quints invaded! There's a lot of like side story potential because of how ridiculously sprawling all the worldbuilding is so I could probably be writing in this universe for literal years.

Uhhh uhh Shortie's pilot counterpart is one of the mechanics at Jazz's old base.

Roddy's cybertronian counterpart was one of the people helping the Lost Light lads off Cybertron who didn't also make it off.

Both versions of Skywarp ARE alive and MAY OR MAY NOT make it into the main story eventually

Wrong Space as an element has two (2) main effects I have been abusing for plot hole fixing and plot continuing purposes since Forever (reveal for what that's all about coming in. checks notes. like two to three arcs down the line depending)

There's another, completely separate scifi setting I just Have that also has wrong space in it. It's got aliens. It's called Clawtact1 but the name's a bit of a placeholder, I might find a better one. Ask me about my aliens that have no relevance to the fic, the fic that everyone here followed me for

Since you said you wanted asks, I was wondering if you have any thoughts on reverse mecha au, personally I love both the original and reverse au but for completely different reasons :) and have you taken inspiration from the reverse au anywhere?

I quite like both of them!!! Both have their merits just as a "Yaayayy!!!! Big robots and the horrorrrrs" kind of story but since reverse mecha has so much less content I just don't think about it as often. It IS one of the things that led me to make it so there was a pilot ans mech counterpart for every character though, cause I went "but what if I could have more of these dynamics... simultaneously.........." and it, as basically every lore decision i make, spiralled wildly out of control
