cursed timeline ao3 skin

Step 1: See an absolutely monstrous image on a reddit post about "worst possible AO3 features"

Step 2: realize that you could probably recreate that with CSS

Step 3: spend an hour of time you were supposed to be working just constantly thinking about how to do it

Step 4: spend your lunch hour (and another 20 minutes after work) making the thing

Step 5: profit???

If you would like to make your AO3 works pages look like some sort of cursed timeline full of broken ads, personal information, and AI then grab the code and make yourself a site skin 😆🤣

Note: this removes all of the buttons at the top of a fic and also I built it on my laptop with zero considerations for mobile. This is a shitpost kind of a site skin, so just try it for the visceral horrors and not for actual usability.

Ok chat. I've seen people in their profiles be like "Leoide CEO" or "#1 leoide fan" or "#1 leoide lover" or "leoide enthusiast" and it got me thinking... I want a fun leoide title too. I can't think of any #1 things I can be tho bc I'm definitely not the #1 leoide writer (there's probably someone on Japan side who's out-writing me as you and I look at this post), and the only other notable thing I can do is hold one leoide plush in each hand and do the 67 motion so like. Do I have to go extreme? Leoide feet fan? Clip the toes of Leona and Idia from the new year cards and put them on my ruggie tsum pfp then stick the following on my intro pinned post?

I think that'd kill me actually. I don't think I can make it. I want to make a blinky of it tho like the one above. I'll figure out one eventually

OMGMGGGG I SAW THE LC WIP THINGY (iLITERALLY cannot wait im so excited 🥹🤍 i cant believe we're getting leoide wedding this feels like a dream come true) As someone who went to actually alot of fun weddings with games I THINK I might have some fun input🙇🏻‍♂️

There's the wedding shoe game thing where like the bride and groom sit back to back and each hold up their shoe of each others and guests come up with "who's the most ____" questions and they have to guess both hold up the shoe, it's really famous you can just search wedding shoe game and it will come up

There's the disposable camera thingy but that's more of a memory thingy than a game but jts REALLYYYY fun!!!😭😭 the bride and groom give each set of guests a small camera at the very very VERY start of the wedding and if you're like a family member who is allowed with them during the getting ready bit you get yours early and start recording anything you like, from the newlyweds themselves to the food to the decor to yourself and your friends, just the whole day, sometimes some cameras has a certain memory cards that record from 10m to 1h but most are just 30m so most guests try to capture the most parts they liked or most fun stuff so they can make the best of it, and at the end you either give them back at the end of the night to the bride and groom or there would be like a guy whose whole job is to collect thkses cameras and taking the memo card and mixing it in the fastest record then put them on a screen for the rest of the wedding night and the couple

In one of the weddings I was in, instead of the bride throwing rhe bouquet it was kinda of a hunt for it whoch was genuinely one of the most fun things i jave witnessed, ok so yk how the bouquet is typically alot of different kinds of flowers? OK so instead of it being one big bouquet there was acyually like 8 posies all of different flower types that were hidden all over the house (it was a mansion wedding instead of reception sorry if that's confusing😭) and every group (you could make a group of 3 or like the group of your family) searched, like one was upstairs and one was near the pool and so on and so forth and then at the very end when each posy was found it was all given to the maid of honour who quickly wrapped it up to actually make the bouquet and then gave it to the bride to rhrow, it was such a sweet thing it was like giving a gift to the bride from everyone then the bride giving you a gift of her own😭😭😭 trust I got 2 posies found

If you want to incorporate some greek or mediterranean elements there's the Kalamatiano dance which basically happens in EVERY GREEK WEDDING EVER!!😭😭😭😭 alot of african and mediterranean wedding are genuinely just dance battles not even kidding

BUT YES YES!!! THE LC LEOIDE WEDDING IS COMING!! I'm so excited for it too like :') man, it's been a hard road. I'm glad I finally got back to it and figured out how to start the fic... it's still a wip! but we'll get there!! leoide wedding!! I have three places in mind that I want to host the leoide wedding, I'm debating between going with my gut or polling where leoide should have their wedding, lol

I've personally never heard of the wedding shoe game before, but I do very much love the idea of disposable cameras!! As someone who's had fun with a couple myself, it sounds like such a swell, silly idea lol. Some of the photos have like, a rustic feeling to them? Fun tho! I think it'd be a cute way to memorialize the leoide wedding, tbh... plus, who doesn't like wedding souvenirs? <3 they're so fun and memorable to have!

I definitely plan to have some sort of bouquet toss in the leoide wedding, but I'm not sure what yet lol. I've been to weddings with normal flower bouquet tosses, but I've also seen others online that throw other things. There's like, plushies, pokemon card boxes, etc... wow, there are a lot of tossable things in the world. the little posey hunt sounds SO cute tho omg. little hunt?? for the bride?? then the bride to all?? That's SO sweet n I'm glad u got an experience like that fr!!! Not sure if it's something I'd incorporate into the fic, but it literally sounds so fun. Finding 2/8 posies is also like, aura tbh

I just remembered the leoide wip I have somewhere in my docs that was centred around Leona struggling to sleep post overblot and so he starts listening to an asmr channel he doesn't realise is Idia's

main reason I stopped working on it tbh was because I couldn't decide on it being yuri or yaoi and got way too stuck on any actual story
