I have a conspiracy theory about this cg. The facial expressions Mukuro has before and after she gets speared, I believe they got the order wrong.

If you look at the faces, the first one has a pained, shocked expression while the second one is an angry expression, anger that looks to be carried over from the previous conversation.

In addition, this New Year's card from 2011 has that spear cg, and you can see Mukuro's angry face before the spears come out.

And in the storyboards for this CG, it kinda looks like the pained expression is in the spears coming out board.
