so I managed to make it through winter thanks to my family but my grandmother has had pneumonia since october and that's put a lot of financial strain on my parents and I don't know if they're going to be able to help me anymore. I've been trying so hard to get a job and had a few strong interviews I expected offers from but they ghosted me when coronavirus made it to the US. I've been trying to make it without asking because I know so many people are struggling right now but my rent and power are due and I don't know how I'm going to pay them so if anyone somehow sees this that can help I would really appreciate it my venmo is @ maileeee or my cashapp is $maile13

it crushes my heart because taylor was so vulnerable on the phone with him, she really trusted kanye with their friendship and with him saying "I care about you as a person and as a friend". she told him that she was afraid it was going to be mean and that he would call her "that stupid dumb bitch", only for him to do exactly that by changing the line after they spoke to "I made that bitch famous".

and to top it off she told him how worried she was about overexposure and one wrong move on her part could end her and he TOOK that and he used it and he and his wife edited the recorded call to make her look like she was "playing the victim". he KNEW she was terrified of the world turning on her so he made that exact thing happen.

to have someone hurt you in this way is completely crushing, but to have someone you desperately wanted the approval of and friendship of, friendship and trust you thought you FINALLY had and closure to a painful time in your early adult life you thought you finally had come crashing down because of someone you were open and vulnerable and trusting of... I truly can't imagine how hurt she's been all this time.

we've all known this and believed in her but she really felt the entire world hated her and to top it off it was because of someone she considered a friend? my heart just keeps breaking over this. the world will finally know she told the truth. but it cost her 4+ years of pain and of constantly trying to win back the approval and trust of the general public idk I'm so sad for her I just want to give her a hug and tell her how proud I am of her that she kept moving forward

Now that I’ve had time to process the fact that @taylorswift tweeted a photo of me I have a lot of thoughts.

I’ve spent the past 12 years defining my life with her words. Taylor kept me company through every up and down in my life. From life changes and new beginnings to heartbreaks and chronic illnesses, Taylor was always there when no one else was.

When I couldn’t articulate what I felt, Taylor could.

When I was alone, Taylor was my friend.

Every era has showed up just in time, and Lover is no different. As I navigate being in love for the first time Lover, Paper Rings, Cornelia Street, Afterglow and Daylight are the songs I didn’t know I needed until I heard them.

Thank you Taylor for always sharing your heart with the world, and thank you for seeing something in my photo that you wanted to share.
