Would anyone in the US like a free copy of My Time at Portia for PC?
I got a Steam code with the monthly Humble Bundle, but I already own the game. It’s a region-locked code, so US only, sorry! Send me a message if you’d like - first who asks will get it.
PS - Please only ask if you’ll actually use it and not sell it or something. Thank you. : )
Three bookcases from Discover University, emptied and slotted. All swatches included; standalone objects that won’t override anything. The textures are the same as the originals. I remapped parts of the UVs to get rid of the shadows left behind, so recolors can use the same texture as you’d use to recolor the original. Feel free to recolor/include mesh/etc.
Someone asked me for more tables... I don’t know if they were joking, but either way I don’t need much prompting. : ) Here are the two 3-tile tables from Discover University turned into 2-tile dining tables, since I hardly ever have use for 3 tile tables, personally. Standalone objects, original swatches. Possibly base game compatible (but I’m not sure -- if anyone wants to let me know?). Feel free to recolor/include mesh/do whatever.
I turned the Ye Olde Pub Table from Discover University into a regular-height table. Comes in all original swatches, standalone object. You probably need Discover University for this, but I imported the mesh into a base game dining table clone, so it might be base game compatible... possibly.
If you can't get your game to load because it keeps crashing - use the new S4S cheat to find and remove the culprits! S4S > Ctrl Shift C to bring up cheat console > type in Slot195 > navigate to your mods folder > remove ALL the items it brings up. You'll have to do it manually so I recommend copying and pasting the file names and searching for them in your mod folder. It took me an hour (I had over 150 files) but afterwards my game started up straight away with no issues and I can play as normal! Bless the wonderful people at S4S!
I checked everything I have up for download here, and it's all safe to use. Let me know if you have any issues with it though, slot-related or otherwise, and I’ll do my best to fix. : )
Quick mesh edit - the big square coffee table from the Parenthood pack is now a (much smaller) rectangle. I also removed the books from the bottom shelves and added a bunch of slots. Standalone object, same swatches as the original (they thankfully didn’t include the clutter shadows on the texture, so no tweaking was needed / they’re exactly the same textures). You’ll need Parenthood for this to show up.
I always kind of wanted the mid-century end table we got in Get Famous to be a dining table. Sooo, now it is. It comes in the original swatches, plus some extra wood tones so it’ll match all the dining chair swatches.
Someone asked me if the parenthood end table had been decluttered, and I couldn’t find one (though BrazenLotus does have a lot of Parenthood clutter, if you want that instead). This is just the Parenthood organizer table (left) and night stand (right) emptied and slotted. Comes in all original swatches / won’t override anything. Feel free to recolor, include mesh, etc. You need Parenthood for these to show up.
EA mesh edit. I thought this might be cute for kids’ rooms. Comes in the original 3 swatches plus recolored in @peacemaker-ic‘s Pleasantly Playful palette. Feel free to recolor / include mesh / include in uploads / etc.
I feel like this has to have been done before, but I couldn’t find this bookshelf decluttered anywhere... since it’s a pretty straight-forward mesh and wouldn’t take long, I decided to just do it myself rather than waste more time searching around... I also added a ton of slots (mostly small, some medium). That part actually took the longest,...
It has all original swatches and won’t override anything. Feel free to recolor, include mesh, etc. :)

PS - CC in preview is mainly (all?) by @peacemaker-ic and @soloriya
This end table was too edgy for me to use. I smoothed it a bit. It’s a little higher poly now, but nothing noticeable, performance-wise. I added a few more small deco slots too.
This overrides the original mesh & slots. Textures and everything else remain unchanged.
I don’t know if this has been done before? It was a super simple edit, so hopefully no harm in posting... just the base game 3-seat park bench made into a loveseat. Comes in the original 4 swatches; feel free to recolor/include mesh.
I just wanted this a little less clunky, so here is a very basic mesh edit of the Cats & Dogs automatic litter box. Standalone (that is, will not replace the original), comes in the original colors. Feel free to recolor (it uses the same texture as the original) & include mesh, credit if you want, or don’t, I don’t mind as long as you don’t paywall. :)
My traits still work -- the other mods are just more convenient with the pie menu, imo. The only one of mine I still really use is the no auto performance tipping for my poor sims, lol.
Original post:
I made these primarily for myself, but I thought I’d share in case anybody else is interested. They’re gameplay traits that actually exist as buffs in the game already (I think for NPCs?) - all I did was turn them into continuous buff traits. You will have to add them via the Cheat Sim Info --> Add Trait menu. All they do is stop your sim from doing the actions autonomously. Included:
1. No Auto Bartending
2. No Auto Bathing
3. No Auto Cleaning
4. No Auto Computer
5. No Auto Cooking
6. No Auto Dancing (BUT sims will still use the dance floor autonomously if you have one... I’m working on a way to fix this)
7. No Auto Eating (if you don’t turn off auto-cooking, they can still cook, but they won’t eat any of it. if you do turn off auto-cooking as well, if your sim is very hungry and you don’t give them anything else to do (ie, they are just standing there doing nothing), their queue sometimes starts to fill up with invisible fridge/food-related actions that they won’t/can’t act on... goes away as soon as they start another action, but just so you are aware. )
8. No Auto Eating Cake (? idk, I saw the buff for it and thought, hey, why not)
9. No Auto Grab Snack
10. No Auto Phone
11. No Auto Playing Games (eg, chess, gaming rig, darts, phone games, etc... they’ll still play computer games though, for whatever reason - also trying to fix this)
12. No Auto Playing Instruments
13. No Auto Reading
14. No Auto Sleeping
15. No Auto Social Picker (other sims can and will still talk to your sim, but your sim won’t initiate contact ... if you want other sims to ignore your sim instead, I recommend Triplis’s Social Pariah Trait)
16. No Auto Stereo
17. No Auto Performance Tipping
18. No Auto Touching (like the No Auto Social Picker, other sims can initiate contact, but the traited sim won’t)
19. No Auto TV
20. No Auto Workout (sims will still use the basketball hoop & yoga mat autonomously, however)
The trait mods shouldn’t conflict with anything. I tested with just MCCC and had no problems, but let me know if you do, and I’ll try to fix and/or add a warning.
Ps if anyone can figure out how to do this more elegantly, PLEASE FEEL FREE 😉 I’m not really a modder, and I’m sure someone else could figure out how to do this better.
