I feel like a stray cat that keeps walking up to the house it used to live in, sitting at a door that doesn't open anymore, wondering if there's anything still inside.

It was quiet before. Now it's quiet and boring. My hand needs to be braced up, probably will be for a few months.

Meds they have me on make me zoney and wiggly feeling. Likely gonna need some form of procedure, but the storms out here are making it hard to see anyone for it.

Again, my uh... My DMs are still open. I obviously still check the blog.

The Status Update Nobody Asked For

It's been a while. I am alive (debatably), active (albeit elsewhere, though even then not much), safe (in most senses of the word).

It has been… Quiet. I left this blog because I either peeled away or accidentally ghosted and felt too guilty to come back in at such a late point. My Discord application is always open and always quiet. I remember when it didn't used to be that way.

I still catch myself seeing things and wanting to share them with people I do not speak to anymore. Some of you, in fact.

Nobody's perfect. Myself and others. I cannot wait for the perfect people while I allow myself to rot in silence and obscurity.

If I still have you as a friend somewhere, you're more than welcome to message me, annoy me, make sure I reply.

If I don't… I didn't block anyone on here. I check, on occasion, if anything's changed. Not on anyone's blogs, but in case I get messages.

I do not want to be alone anymore.
