Well hello!Β
I have two news. One is (most likely) bad, and other is (Definitely) good. The "bad" new is about "The Mark" visual style. From the next update, it will be looks more... sketchy. The good new is really good, we will update the comic more often from now on. One chapter per month, I think.Β
Context: I'm sure you've noticed how the visual style of the comic has changed from chapter to chapter. It happened because I was trying to find the most comfortable and fastest way to draw, but no matter how I reduced the amount of detail or made the coloring process less complex, one chapter still took from one and a half months of work to two months+
We've working on this fancomic about two years and it's still not even a half of the scenario. And while I still freaking love the plot we have, and the two boyz too, they still are my favie, I... I also want to do something new. As well as my co-author. Life is short you know, and there is so many things I want to catch on.
Β In other words, Looks like I overestimated my abilities. So... We came to the decision that we'll update the comic with sketches. I'm still eager to finish "The Mark", since I'm really proud with the scenario.

About the question: This is a flashback from the oficial Ekko's comic, where he lost his friend, Ajuna. (Chronobreak, page 20).
In our work, Ez and Ekko didn't know each other in person before :)

Hello! Do you know how old these two guys are? Because I'm not sure for their canon age.
Umm... we're not sure either. I saw different things about it so I can't tell which things are canon.
In our comic, Ekko's 16, Ezreal's 21.
To be honest, I like the way the comic looks without the coloring.
Little secret: originally we planned it to be a black and white manga-style comic. We decided to use colors in the process of drawing the prologue.
