it  was  that  time  of  day  when  the  daycare  was  empty,  a  couple  of  hours  before  daycares  &&  schools  in  general  would  get  out.  the  emptiness  of  the  daycare  made  sundrop  antsy,  resulting  in  deep  cleaning  of  places  in  the  daycare  that  have  already  been  cleaned  numerous  times  that  day.  crammed  in  a  place  between  the  play  structure,  he’s  vigorously  scrubbing  at  an  area  that  should  be  unreachable  to  any  child  (  but  still,  kids  were  strangely  clever.  figured  out  how  to  wedge  themselves  into  many  places  ).  the  heavy  doors  to  the  daycare  open,  but  only  sundrop’s  rays  are  open,  &&  thanks  to  the  awkward  position  he’s  found  himself  in,  he’s  unable  to  see  who’s  entered  the  daycare.

“  oh  dear,  i  didn’t  think  anyone  would  come  around  at  this  time!  ”  he  pushes  himself  from  in  between  the  play  structure,  landing  on  his  back.  when  he  looks  up,  he  makes  direct  eye  contact  with  celeste,  immediately  perking  up  at  her  presence.  “  celeste!  i  didn’t  know  you  were  working  today!  i’m  very  excited  to  see  you!  ”

she’s  in  the  middle  of  rearranging  her  house,  attempting  to  make  it  more  animatronic  friendly.  truthfully,  she  doesn’t  know  where  to  start,  &&  as  a  result,  her  place  is  a  mess.  in  the  midst  of  cleaning,  she  hears  a  knock  at  the  door.  she  stops  what  she’s  doing,  running  to  the  door.  she  opens  the  door,  now  face-to-face  with  celeste.  she  grins,  stepping  aside  so  celeste  can  come  in.  “  did  you  happen  to  bring  stuff  from  the  daycare?  i’m  beginning  to  regret  telling  them  i’d  let  the  others  stay  here…  i  don’t  know  what  i’m  doing.  ”  /  @starsolved​  liked  for  an  au  starter!

catching jude staring at her wasn’t anything  strange  ,  it had happened a few times when she’d start rambling off about one of her  silly ideas  -  she had a habit of talking , and talking - and really just not  shutting up  .  ❛❛   sorry  ,  was i being to loud agai - !!  ❜❜

eyes grow wide at the  unexpected kiss  ,  but it doesn’t take long for her to  melt into it  -  after all she’d be lying if she said this wasn’t something she had  dreamt about  once or twice . her crush on jude had been growing for months at this point  -  though she didn’t think that the other had felt the same way.

so she never said anything   ,  mostly out of fear of ruining the friendship they had.

she opens her eyes as the kiss is broken , staring at jude  -  she’s still not really sure on how to react other than to start giggling , moving forward to lay her head against the others shoulder.

getting separated from him had caused a lot more stress than she thought , living through actual  hell  with animatronics chasing them  -  and she was a worrier. she of course thought the  worst possible thing  ... and so when she finally stepped inside the daycare and saw him she couldn’t stop herself from running over and pulling him into a kiss - a  spur of the moment decision - but really could you blame her?

she didn’t care about the  blood  -  her uniform was already ruined anyway and as long as he was  alive  that was all that mattered in the end. besides she wasn’t any better - between the cuts and scrapes that she had gotten over the past few hours she was sure she also looked worse for wear. all she cared about in the moment was that he was alive - he was there.
