Wash your makeup brushes.
Organize your makeup or hair supplies. Throw out or donate what you don’t need anymore.
Go through your books, magazines, comics, etc. and clear it out. No one likes a messy person.
Clean your car or your parents car.
Take a cold bath/shower. It burn cals. ( don’t do this if you’re circulation is bad!!)
Walk to the nearest store and look at all the food. Test yourself. Walk out with nothing and feel the control.
Go through your clothes and make cute outfits that you haven’t worn yet. Keep any tight fitting clothes for a goal outfit.
Go on YouTube and watch a video that would test you. Pimple popping vids, mukbangs, anything.
Buy a sweet smelling candle, buy one and fight the cravings by smelling it.
Clean things you wouldn’t normally clean. Go through papers, dust the fans, pull your furniture out and mop.
Walk your dogs, give them some fresh air while you burn cals.
Take a nap in a cold room without a blanket. Being cold burns more cals.
Pick some flowers or buy some. Give them to your favorite person.
Teach yourself a new trick or skill. Like I taught myself how to ride a bike instead of binging.
Buy your favorite fast food order, give it to a homeless person.
Watch your favorite tv show.
Watch your favorite movie, really watch it and find new things you haven’t noticed before.
Draw on yourself with non toxic paint or markers.
Write down all your feelings. Burn the paper once you’re done.
Go on a drive at night. Enjoy the cool breeze and the stars.
Go to a park and climb the monkey bars or swing on the swing sets.
Go trick-or-treating. Give the candy to a random kid.
Go to an art store and wonder around. There’s always fun things in there to mess with.
Talk to an old friend. See what they’re up to.
Talk to an ex. Fix things that should’ve been fixed long ago. Make mends.
Whatever you’re bad at, master it. You’re shit at math? Watch YouTube videos on how to solve that.
It’s fall make some hot chocolate. Use water instead of milk or anything low cal, add some chocolate powder and treat yourself.
Draw! Draw what’s on your mind. It doesn’t have to be cute, who will see it besides you anyways?
Sew! Make a blanket or clothes.
If you’re allowed paint on the doors or get a big canvas and some cheap paint and go wild.
Take a walk outside. Bring a bag and pick up trash. You’re helping the environment and burning cals!!
Go to the local shelter of wildlife center. Ask how you can help.
Call your parents. Talk about things that you need to talk about.
Cry! Let out those fucking emotions. Sit in the shower or bath and let yourself feel.
Message a blog. Make friends! Be kind!

Look up local events and find one that you like. Go there and socialize.

Read a book. Find a comfy spot and just chill and read.
