when I woke up this morning I was 10 pounds from my gw. last night when I went to bed I was 17 pounds away and I’ve eaten 1,200 calories everyday this week because school just started and I was stressed. like and reblog this to be blessed by the ana fairies like me!

The weird-ish ones:
-Go to your fridge/cabinet, open it. Then close it after looking at the food. Now think to yourself ‘I made the conscious decision to not eat. And I can totally do it again.’ (Hint: you absolutely can!)
-Imagine you’re nauseous. Or that you have to eat a super gross food, just imagine that taste in your mouth for as long as you have to.
-This sounds bad, but whenever you’re about to eat, think “I literally have (eating disorder). I shouldn’t be eating like this.”
Some slightly more normal ones:
-If you don’t have to do strenuous work, then eat less than 50 calories for lunch. No one will judge if you eat a diet soda/tea and fruit or a few crackers for lunch.
-Start your day off with some form of thinspo. Looking at pictures of skinny people, thinspo text posts, or my favorite: imagine yourself being candidly skinny. Just chilling (thin edition), shopping for clothes and immediately going to the s/xs section, and having a naturally contoured face.
-To stop late night binges, take a really long shower and chew multiple pieces of gum. Somehow, it works.
-Don’t you dare give up. DON’T. It is never too late to start over, or to stop a binge, or to keep loosing weight. There will always be someone to admire your pretty face and bony wrists in the future. Make the conscious decisions of the body you want. Act like you’re skinny, and your body will match up soon enough. I believe in you!! I promise you can reach your ugw!!
-Don’t add any calories burned to your intake or eat any of the calories you burned off. This does more than you think.
Some reminders:
-Don’t weigh yourself more than once a day. Ideally, more than once a week. Your weight will fluctuate naturally.
-Don’t log vitamins. You need those regardless. I SWEAR
-There isn’t a single thing wrong with your body. If a flaw detector existed, you could scan it on your entire body over and over again, and it wouldn’t beep.

So I was out buying a dress for Royal Ascot 2019 and I didn’t really consider how much smaller I am compared to last year. Last year I had to buy a size 14 (uk) and so I took a 14 into the changing room today expecting the worst and it didn’t fit. So I tried a 12 - giddily giggling to myself and that also didn’t fit. The lady brought in a 10 and it fit perfectly - 2 dress sizes!! I’ve felt like I barely progressed at all or seen any changes and this is honestly motivating as f*ck. in fact I nearly fit into the 8 which makes me super excited!
Its crazy how much difference a year can make so STAY STRONG AND TALK TO SOMEONE IF YOU NEED TO!!!

How many cals do u burn while sleeping?☁️☁️
So its really easy to count how many cals u burn while sleeping. Heres how to do it!
Ur weight in lbs x 0.42= Cals/hour
So for example:
138 x 0.42= 57.98 cals/hour
So lets say u slept 8 hours:
57.98 x 8= u burnt about 463 cals while sleeping
