A family of cheetahs sleep with the forest guard every night. When the Forest Dept. heard about it, they decided to check the veracity of the claim by installing a CCTV camera. This is what the camera recorded! Just amazing.

I love it when you can pick up an animator’s quirks.

     I’ve read in old interviews with Milt Khal’s fellow animators that he did the swaggle to purposefully show off. Moving the head in 3-d space is an exceptionally hard thing to do but Khal upped the level of difficulty to a place many animators wouldn’t go.      Not only are they all doing the swaggle you’ll notice they are all TALKING while they are doing it. This is back in the days where you had to use a timing sheet to pace your animation and a head swaggle doesn’t work if its too slow or too fast so he had to figure out the right speed so it looked natural while the character finishes what they have to say while not interfering with the distinct mouth shapes.       Not only did Khal do it without any shifting weight problems or timing issues he would often do it while moving the rest of the body. This isn’t his signature move just because he was good at it.This is his signature move because he was one of the only people skilled enough to DO IT AT ALL.

Milt Khal was a MASTER.

The only thing she remembered was her son's name and when that began to fade, the one thing she always remembered was that she loved him, even in illness, even in insanity. She saw this 6 foot 2 man with a scrubby beard and she didn't know him but she said she trusted him, she asked him to hold her hand when she died. When does memory end and love begin? All I know is- she loved him before she remembered him.

when my bf was visiting this past spring i had to keep telling him to sleep in bed w me without a shirt on and always played it off like it was bc i think hes hot (i do) but the truth is i’m a super aggro sleeper and i was so scared i was going to grab the front of his shirt and headbutt him as hard as i possibly could. i could not risk exploding his skull..

when he left he gave me one of his shirts so i could put it on the djungleskog he brought me and i do regularly wake up with my fists white knuckle balled up in the shirt after going in for the headbutt and missing, ricocheting off my apartment building wall hard enough to knock my 3ds off the nightstand, due to the floppy nature of the djungleskog bear. my worries are not unfounded i hope my bf can survive.
