Day 1:

well today was kind of a fuck up due to my bad planning. I realized too late it was my dads birthday and that we had guests coming over and my mom forced me to eat since I couldn’t cause a fight in front of our guests. I managed to stay under 200 cals, but I’m gonna try burning 400 tonight and fast tomorrow instead to make up for the day I “lost”.
