We alluded to a new product to be carried a month back. While doing so, we were secretly working behind the scenes to get some consignments going with local glass blowers. We are interested in supporting as many local and handmade merchants as possible, subscribing to the belief that buying local is the way to go.

Then, last week we posted a teaser pic at the new merch. THEN, we posted thisnew policy via our facebook.

And NOW...

Now we are able to display and show our 1st tobacco pipe artist.

These are from a local artist just on the north end of Madras. We'll tag his photo on facebook as well as post his q&a here later. These currently measure 4.5in approx 2cm bowl

Long time- what a distance

Hello Deviation, Yes, we are aware we have ZERO followers here on tumblr... But we know your out there. Since our posts BEFORE the card rules and terms, we have had TONS going on. 1st - We now have 5 local underground artists we support currently. Additionally, we are in talks with 4 other artists. These 5 local artists as self financed, as we ourselves are, and help supply the underground with clips, beanies, tutus, ornaments, earrings and MORE! 2nd - We have a new store policy, due to one of our new artists. This policy is found in the pix section on our facebook page, under "stuff" 3rd - We have several new and upcoming items. Most of our current selection in store & online is being reduced to make way for the summer collection. Check out the deals 4th - The Historic Downtown Redmond association is in full action & we are meeting with more shop owners and plan for bigger and better things. The Official Deviation Card Rules & Terms

This takes "tell your friends... or set them on fire!" onto a whole new level....

Awhile back we posted on Facebook & Twitter about our personalized Deviation members cards for those wanting them. Now, at this time we are not printing them for you, rather, sending a pdf version of the personalized card. This allows you to print however many you want or need.

Now, onto the rules and regulations.

Print out the cards. Hand them out to your friends.

When your friends come in and present the cards, they INSTANTLY get a 13% off savings on 1 item. Yes, INSTANT... No matter the cost. Kudos to you for sharing them with us & GIVING them a killer discount!

But wait.... WHAT ABOUT YOU?!

Well, here's YOUR kicker! Here's what's in it for you, The Deviation. For every $5.00 your friend spends when bringing in YOUR card, you'll earn .50¢ store credit. Basically $1.00 per $10.00 spent goes BACK to you! Our way of saying thanxXx & spanxXx for taking part and progressing the subcounterculture revolution!

The store credit can be accumulated for 6 months from the 1st time your credit account is created. After 6 months anything not used is cleared from your account & you start over. Your store credit balance will be emailed on the 13th of each month unless you opt out. Store credits cannot and will not be redemed for cash.

Store credits can be used on new AND clearance merchandise, however, cannot be used on "Local Underground Artist Consignment" merchandise. This helps keep the profit margin for our local artists & crafts peoples.

Store credits can be combined with discount cards as well.

By opting into the Official Deviation Member Card you allow Stealth and Shadow to use your name and likeness, along with possible personal photos (original or altered) instore, online or in print with good faith. Stealth and Shadow assumes no reponsibilty in regards to use or misuse of Offical Deviation Member Cards, reponsibility lay in hands of card member. The tagline 'tell your friends... or set them on fire!' Belongs to Stealth and Shadow and is meant in jest. We DO NOT want or endorse you or your friends setting your friends or anyone or thing, on fire. Thats just stupid. Stealth and Shadow suggests not lighting cigarettes, which use fire, because its fire, and well, cigarettes are gross.

Terms and conditions may be altered at anytime. Changes will be posted and The Deviation card holders will be notified before the changes take place via email.

The economy is tough. Its tough for EVERYONE. We understand & feel the pain that the Deviation (our street team family & friends) feel. We know that even those who aren't part of the Deviation knowingly... have felt the pressure. Incase the title wasnt relieving enough, we are local & independent. We do not have financial aid/support from any bank... NONE. We are solely funded by ourSELVES, with/and through the support of our customers. We started this buisness out of LOVE. Love of EVERYTHING sub & counterculture. All the things you CANT & WONT find at a waltowalmart or target or freddies or elsewhere. We saw the numerous underground "deviants" all over central oregon and thought, "what the hell?! why is there NOTHING here to represent them. WHY are local dollars going to BIG BOX & national retail chains preaching BE DIFFERENT!... but, be trendy while your at it! So, thus began our ebay venture. We already had an account, so, lets go for it. After FINALLY making some money BACK (read as NO profit) We decided to open a brick & mortar.... with NO LOCAL customer base (online supported itself) This was approx 2years after Stealth and Shadow was born online.
