honestly? ngl i really cooked when writing that social media chapter of hoenn fic. if theres any chapter where i could do a paragraph by paragraph breakdown of what everything meant and how everything was intentionally worded itd be that one

so the start of za. taurbain gives you a pokemon. i have lane showing up to lumiose with several already. how could she be pokemon-less then and agree (since i do have tepig on several possible teams)?

she didn't want to wait in line lol

my worldbuilding hc has been for a while that 95% of pokemon have to be sent to the pc for flights. safety reasons yknow. service pokemon excluded ofc.

theres places at the airport to get back your pokemon but those lines are huuuge. theres some also at the train station but not as many so those lines are also long. so lane planned to go to a pokecenter to get her pokemon but was robbed before she could lol
