I have autism, ADHD, severe GAD/social anxiety/agoraphobia, and a couple of other mental disorders. I also kind of struggle with empathy and Non-Rude wording. I do try my best to act friendly regardless, and I will gladly accept mutual requests. But I am terrible with social interaction and don’t have the best history with people…so I do apologize for anything I do or say that may come off as cold, bitter, or offensive in any way.
I do my best to add alt text on all of my art. However I kinda am still learning the ropes with it and if you guys have any suggestion to improve it I am all ears!!
Politics and political speech is welcome here. I believe all art is political and that politics has space in fanwork. I don’t think non-fandom DNIs really do anything and tend to be used as virtue signaling…but also anyone can do literally whatever on the Internet and also TBH they have value in certain…shipping-war prone circles in my personal experience so please dont even being it up with me either way Okay?
Please don’t talk to me about shipping discourse, unless I mention it first. Especially proship/antiship discourse. I have my distinct feelings on it where I hate the puritanical policing of media consumption, but I also do not like seeing people shipping paedophillic/incestuous ships because of personal discomforts I will never elaborate about to a stranger and that is that. I will block you if you pester me about this.
Religion wise, I do identify as a Christian (Roman Catholic-adjacent…? Hard to explain) and really am drawn to religiousity/religious trauma in my art and in media so if that makes you uncomfortable thats okay I dont take offense to it.

Gotta tell you guys something wild in the Chinese fan sphere
So some fanartist drew a “sexy” (read: booby) version of a (cartoon) character who is traditionally very non-sexualised. Fans of the character got mad about it because it’s kind of groundbreaking how that character is written and portrayed and this art totally ignores the entire point of the character. They demanded the art be deleted. In response to that other people said, well what the fanartist did may be distateful but they have every right to draw what they’re into. The two sides fight for days and each starts a harassment campaign and even report their “opponents’” accounts.
So far so typical. But things eventually come to a head and they decide that this will be settled by votes - not through a poll. Through donations to a children’s education charity via each side’s portal. Whoever can get the highest amount of donation wins.
And that is how this charity received over 1 million in donations in three days lol. Oh btw the “freedom of expression” side won by a landslide (960k to 40k)
