I love the durability of these floors, when I started believing in them is after we took a cut piece and soaked in a bucket for 3 days and the plank was virtually unharmed I dare you to do that with engineered wood. Doing some consulting work with a structural engineer. This exterior wall has moved nearly 3" out and the ceiling joist have now pulled through their nails. Basement foundation is solid so the investigation begins next week. Top tip. When caulking off windows always have a rag and a small spray bottle with warm water and a small amount of dish shop. We do it this way to make all of our joints nice, clean, and even. Caulking finish can make or break a job with the way it looks when finished their is definitely an art to it. What are your tips when caulking? (at Carlson Projects INC.)

If you want to replace a wall to brick flashing the right way. You must remove the exterior cladding what ever it maybe and install a new flashing behind the exterior cladding and house wrap. It takes more time, more effort, and more money but to have your house last the test of time it's worth it in our book. (at Lincoln, Nebraska)
