i know (i like love him too much and he’s my boyfriend) I SWEAR I’M KIDDING ON THAT LAST PART! but all of his resources are still underaged so really it would probably still be illegal. wait until season 6B of Teen Wolf airs cause he’ll be 18 when he was shooting that so he’ll have resources then! 

like i’ve said i am no law expert so there has to be someone better adviced then me

can't you use an underage face? as long as you don't rp mature themes?

i really would avoid it anon... unless you’re roleplaying as liam or something in a teen wolf rp... i am underage too but i don’t think i use underage fc’s? i mean i use dylan on helpersofindie only cause of mascot purposes... i think in the end, it does depend on which context as teen wolf rpg let you have liam if you solemnly swear to not smut with him? then again i am by no means a law expert so if anyone’s got an answer, let this anon know

There's actually not a law against roleplaying with an underage FC, just an underage RPer. As long as they haven't expressly stated they don't want to be used in RP's, there's really nothing wrong with using whatever FC you want.
