how do i start working on myself?
i find myself giving so many excuses
overthink.
I overthink all the time. Too much for my own good. I think about the things that I need to do and I just want to cry. I want to stop and take a rest because just the idea. Just the idea makes me tired. I do not want to do all these things. I don’t even care about these things. or do i? I can’t buckle myself down and get things done. i have my notebook out. I have my study material out but I just stare. I stare and think about how much I have to do and let the time pass. Tick Tock...
Be realistic with yourself. Waking up at 8:45 when you have to be at work at 9, ordering a take out and watching TV until you fall asleep is not going to help you reach your goals. Make time for the things you want, there are more than enough hours in the day if you choose to actually utilize them. Get up earlier, watch less TV, do more to actually help you grow. Look at what happens when you actually try.

Do whatever you need to do to create happiness in your life. Surround yourself with good people, positive vibes and large aspirations. Make sure everything you see, hear and follow makes you feel better, and listen to that guiding voice in your head. You make your own future, do not let any small-minded character get in your way.

trying to reduce in a lot of ways these days
1) consumption of social media : removing uninstalling snapchat and instagram
2) clothes: choosing my favorite pieces and taking care of them instead of fast fashion
3) time wasted: having a hobby like uke or yoga to eliminate wasting time that can be used to do something that makes you happy
im wrong. they are changing. they are trying. i just have not noticed it because i am so hung up on the past and what happened prior.
they will be okay. i will stop saying hurtful comments now.
