Guess who just got his DALL-E 2 invite! It’s the latest art making API by the same people who brought you Craiyon(formerly DALL-E Mini). DALL-E 2 is currently invite only, but you can go to the website linked earlier and sign up for their waitlist. It took less than 2 weeks for me to get in after signing up.

So, this is the first of 7 images I generated(as of now; I reserve the right to add more later) and thought were good enough to share. My prompt was “realistic oil painting of stiles stilinski kissing derek hale passionately by a lake under the moon.”

This first one has no moon, but there’s a random fox I didn’t ask for! They’re also not quite kissing. They’re recognizably human, and not grotesque. Overall I’m happy. This is already doing a much, much better job than Craiyon.
