Atlanta or Bust
The time has come for me to leave Washington. For years, I've known I would be leaving, I just didn't know when. After nearly 15 years here, it literally is time for me to go. My cards have arranged themselves so that I have the chance for a reset - a fresh start in Atlanta to experience life's new adventures.
I started SterlingFlow Media Group to recreate the energy, the creativity, and the spirit of being alive in Atlanta as a student at Spelman College. Fourteen years later I'm returning with a laser focus to create a new employment opportunity for myself that speaks to my varied interests in digital media, technology, and business.
All of our heads are better than one
I'm asking you, my network, members of My Board of Innovation, to help point me in the direction of jobs in the fields of digital marketing (including social media), public affairs, government relations, or even tech start-ups. The right job for me might not have a title yet, but it requires a person like me who has developed a diverse set of skills.
I'm taking my hunt online. Follow me at:

I'll use my social media accounts, borrowed from my freelance digital marketing firmSFMGDigital, to crowdsource for information on opportunities, as well as broadcast to recruiters and potential employers with my unique view of digital media for the flow of life.
As you watch the posts, let me know what you think about my employment aspirations and if you have any ony opportunities in mind for me. I'm open to many informational interviews.
I'll talk more about my specific skills and the types positions I'm interested in a future post. Keep your eye open.
Before you go, you'd be doing me a very big favor by liking the SterlingFlow Media Group company page on LinkedIn.
Yesterday I posted my first video - introducing myself and my crowdsourcing employment interests. Check out the video and let me know if you have any leads: https://youtu.be/JOMiUc3xAnQ
