13. Something I learned recently?

Tbh it’s something I’d forgotten, but just read about it again and it’s a good reminder: don’t let your cast iron pans go through extreme temperature changes! Let it cool down before ya clean it or preheat an empty one (or dry it on the burner) on low and gradually heat it up. Otherwise, thermal stress can cause micro cracks that can result in the whole dang thing cracking in half while you’re using it. Themoreyouknow.gif
