As a Steve x Wanda shipper, how do you feel about Vision? do you think he ruined the possibility of scarlet america? do you like him?

Vision to me is okay, he's a good character with hella powers. I also do think it's canon that he's the child of Tony because he is Tony's creation LOOL, also I read a lot of Spiderson fics (the family trope is ADORABLE) so I do see some Vision × Wanda so I just ignore it and brush it off.

Overall, because I know that the MCU is trying to stay true with the comics, I did expect Wanda x Vision to happen, so it wasn't much of a surprise, I mean I still hoped for a difference, but it's meh.

But, I mean SCARLETAMERICA IS STILL IN MA HEART AND SOULLLL, SO IN MY WORLD THEY CANON

But don't get me wrong, it does suck when your ship isn't surmised into being canon and can lead you to hate the character that is with the other half of your otp, but I mean like, Vision never really did anything wrong, so lets not hate, LETS LOVEEE (also shipwars suck so let's not do that)

Hey! I'm really obsessed with scarletamerica and the fact that they will never happen makes me so angry like I just want to punch someone is that weird? Lol anyway so if by any chance you feel the same is there anything helping you to cope with it? Do you read a lot of fanfics or sth? I'm just really sad that we barely have any scenes...

OH HONEY, I tend to ship characters that will never be canon LOOOL... be it crack ships (ahem, SasuHina literally they have no scenes...have they even met before???) or almost ships (ahem, Zutara I'm still very better after all these years). So coping-wise, I am very used to it, and also yes, fanfics and fanart help a lot, as well as just having a fandom for that particular ship, SO YAY FELLOW SHIPPERS OF SCARLETAMERICA, WE SUPPORT EACH OTHER. It sucks how they don't have a lot of scenes, but the smallest ones that we can get, even if it's a look or something is enough for me HAHAHAHA

I wouldn’t consider myself a shipper as of yet, but during a recent rewatch of Infinity War, when Vision presents the team with the plan to destroy the stone while it’s still in his head, the camera focuses on Steve just as Wanda is getting upset by the implications of it, especially as she walks away... look at his face. I’m most probably reaching but did anyone else think Steve is hurt because Wanda is hurting? And it goes deeper than empathy felt for a friend... idk thoughts?

OMG YES, I NOTICED THAT TOO. Steve is an empathetic person, and it's one of his traits that makes him so different. In that scene where they did show his expression when Wanda was feeling pain, I feel like he also felt what she was going through. Steve, I find is obviously very close to Wanda, I mean in Civil War she sided with her hubby and fought alongside him. Overall, I think that there is also a difference with how she might feel with Vision vs Steve, because I feel like Steve can notice automatically when she feels uncomfortable or sad, even just by minute expressions *cue civil war scene with the video of Sokovia*
