Whats the best way to practice poking? What did you do to practice it?

I actually just started tattooing myself honestly! I have a few dodgy ones where ink has bled from poking too deep etc, but I still like them haha. If you’re not so keen to just tattoo yourself straight away, try fruit skins like oranges

Hi, yesterday i did my first stick amd poke. I really love it, the only problem is that it turned out blue-ish right away and not black. I think black is prettier. Why is it that the ink became blue-ish. Does it mean i'm usig wrong ink? I used talens india ink. If so, what ink should i use instead. Or did i do wrong something else? Anyway, yhank you! Love your blog! :)

It sounds like it the ink quality, I would try a different brand of ink. Also, touching it up will darken the ink further too

Yeah, I always recommend tattoo ink for coloured tattoos! I buy my stuff from Killer Ink. I like eternal ink, dynamic etc for colour
