the only time my name has ever trended on twitter was when it was "grace van dien racist".
this happened for two reasons.
1. they edited captions of photos of me at 14 to make it racist. they sent these doctored photos to a convention i was announced at to try and get me cancelled as a guest there because they didn't want to see me at a con with my costar.
2. a twitter account with my costar as the pfp wrote something about me being "regular smegular" and so i posted on tumblr "my cat doesn't think i'm regular smegular" (without tagging her or saying anything else). they say that this was me "sending an army of hate at her" when i had no idea who "her" was and just thought i was sticking up for myself in a harmless way (again, didn't mention her @).
talking about this now because in a discussion i saw where they talked about my "quitting acting" because of onset misconduct - someone said something along the lines of "why should we care? she's racist."
i've asked for screenshots with any legitimacy to me doing something they have been accusing me of for almost a year and i've never been met with anything.
they're just not used to the actors they cyberbully responding.
to the people who just want me to "shut up about this already"... being accused of racism and it trending on twitter is detrimental to my career. if it were true, that is something i deserve. but it is false. and i will never forgive or shut up. and remember- my costar thinks you're disgusting.
