It is so humiliating how fat I've gotten, I can't stop eating, my clothes are fitting tighter and tighter, at 19 years old I already weigh 110 kilos, what happened to me? Before I was thin and watched what I ate, now I just spend my time eating junk food and lying in bed all day, I've turned into a pig.

Let me tell you what’s going to happen.

You’re going to see people 50lbs bigger than you and think “that’s my dream body”. Then one day, you’re going to be 50lbs bigger and people will be telling you that you have their dream body, meanwhile you don’t feel satisfied. You don’t feel as big as you wanted to feel. You’re going to look back at the bellies you thought were your goal and then you’ll look at yourself and you’re the same size. It’s not enough.
