Where did you go? Was it related to the farming or because you had to move because of the snow? It is sad that the food spoiled, but at least some crops are still there. Scrounging up food when there is little food has a lot of difficulties, so it is good you have the renewable supply. What crops do you have?

And have you found more people?

oh uh no, we had to find like. one of those places that produce electricity and see if we could fix the power? just because its an apocalypse doesnt mean we dont need power. need it more even, probably

crops uh... something mostly like potatoes, also other vegetables. were gonna try growing fruit trees too i think

people arent hard to find if you look anywhere with enough indoor hiding places but you dont usually wanna run into them because a lot decided it was kill or be killed despite there being an actual enemy... but my boyfriend was someone i met during the apocalypse (:

Potatoes are a good crop to grow. Do you plan on growing them in the soil or in containers? And what sort of vegetables? Have you found a good fruit tree to transplant?

That is unfortunate. There is a saying that many hands make short work, but people are unpredictable too. I am glad you had a positive experience in searching for people.

oh- yea one of those. and yea. not me, my boyfriend. i took out the pests eating wires and electricity.

were in an apartment complex so not the ground but we found a gardening area relatively untouched at a store we looted so we kind of turned the apartment across the way into a whole garden thing. pots everywhere. its a really sunny apartment so it works out. the veggies are.... i mean the potatoes mutated the least for some reason but um. closest thing to Before veggies, we have peas and carrots and some herbs growing.. uh.. trying to grow essentially an apple tree? i think those are supposed to be easier trees? i dont know, i thought i read that somewhere. i think we have some leafy plants too though, like lettuce

glad youre doing ok then, at least. and we're resting, theres just a lot to do still. we were gone for like two months so most of our food spoiled. the crops need weeding and a LOT of care, we need to find more meats and stuff.. fortunately nothing got in while we were gone so nothing needs repairing, but we had a months worth of food before we left and took like half of it with us. not like we could carry that much, and i can carry less than he can

after all that, though? i guess business as usual, really. its kinda nice when were not scrounging for food and all that
