there's not a single nonchalant bone in my body. I care so much I could literally vomit.

i started a 3 day fast! i did a bit of research and in regards to fasting for weight loss, a few pickles wonāt affect anything and doesnāt break your fast because foods that really interrupt fasting are things that give your body substantial energy, they donāt have enough energy or calories for your body to really register! i chewed on some gum which is basically the same thing, no effect on fasting š
lately i look at pretty, skinny girls and feel sick

worst part is the other night when i b/p caused acid reflux and weird pains so im just kinda fucked at the moment
dewd. i broke my fast with mcdonaldās .. and i ate like a lot š i think about ā2,100 cals??? which seems like a normal amount but my deficit is soooo much lower than that this is the first time iāve eaten so much since last month
