I maintain that the best summation of my feminist beliefs are that men and women are not fundamentally different. There are a few quantifiable differences if you average out every woman and every man, but they are not qualitative. And most of them are socially constructed, and would be fixed if we started treating men and women the same. Neither is inherently smarter, neither is inherently kinder, neither is inherently more stoic or stronger or angrier or softer. Everyone is obsessed with the differences between women and men, with finding them and creating them and distancing themselves from the "other half". It's fucked up

Polycules should be able to trade people like sports teams do
Listen -- you're a good defender and your pussy is fantastic, but that's not what our team needs right now. We're trading you to Greater Boston in exchange for someone who has a car.
Someone asked me a while ago if I still had a photo of the worst sink I had ever seen while apartment hunting in Los Angeles. I assumed I deleted it so I didn't answer the ask and now it's gone, but as it turns out, yes, I do still have a photo of it.
impressive! it's ugly, impractical, gets water everywhere, makes too much noise, and the quote with shit kerning says you don't think music is even real
piss poor reading comprehension???? simply drink water and you will have an abundance of piss
piss rich reading comprehension
I'm flattered you say we piss on the rich
(with unconstrained lust and heart shaped pupils) hey. I liked your wordplay.
duckduckgo fuck yourself
trying to search for like the one thing that treats us like any other girl for once!! only to be met with a reminder that we are considered a porn category first. it makes me so very sad and upset.

imagining a world like this is the first step in making it real. i want to see a world like this become real in my lifetime because tgirls deserve to be girls when they are young.

oh my god thank you for the second perspective, it honestly makes me feel way less stressed about this image, you have no idea
Hereās the second image again since it somehow disappeared in reblogs
Hey idk who needs this but helpful reminder that "virgin blood" in any witchcraft shit that requires that means "virgin" in the same sense as "virgin hair" means hair that hasn't been dyed or processed in any way, natural in the default sense. So no, "virgin blood" doesn't mean blood from a virgin, just blood that hasn't been used for any other kind of witchy shit earlier.
Whether nor not someone has fucked before is completely irrelevant. Any act of fucking doesn't instantly make someone contaminated or un-magic any of their shit. You're just not supposed to re-use blood for blood magic. That's just not. Just do not. Like that's just weird who does that.
Rabies is an incredibly lethal virus that kills more than 50,000 people globally each year. About 99% of those people who die from rabies were infected by the bite of a dog. This doesnāt mean that dogs are evil, or that they are disgusting, or that they should be eradicated from the planet to prevent the risk of disease transmission to humans. It does mean that we should do everything in our power to promote vaccination efforts, study disease transmission on a local and global scale, and find ways to prevent infected dogs from encountering and biting humans.
Okay, now are you ready to hear my biggest personal biology hot take?
This is pretty much how I feel about ticks carrying Borrelia burgdorferi (the bacteria that causes Lyme disease) and other arthropod disease vectors. Yes, these animals cause unbelievable suffering to humans by inadvertently transmitting disease, but that doesnāt mean they should be portrayed as evil or exterminated entirely from the environment. Ecologists have been speaking for years on how critical these species are within their established trophic webs, and how their removal could have devastating effects to many other organisms including humans. You can still be scared of or grossed out by these animals (very normal response to a potentially dangerous disease vector), but itās important to understand that the best way for scientists to minimize the risk of these animals is NOT just eliminating them from the environment. No animal is evil or immoral for the ecological niche it fills, and encouraging a more nuanced understanding of these animals can arm us with better ways to minimize their negative impact to humans.
@crearuru this is a really funny comment, I find it interesting sometimes to see how others interpret the things I say on this website that seem very straightforward in my mind. Always neat to hear a different perspective.
To me, the phrase āpromote vaccination effortsā would imply supporting development and distribution of vaccines to protect humans against these vector borne illnesses. In the case of rabies we can easily vaccinate the primary vector to threaten humans (dogs), but with arboviruses or bacteria carried by invertebrates it is obviously more feasible to directly vaccinate the humans at risk.
In this post I am advocating for continued research and development of vaccines to protect us against vector borne illnesses, I am NOT proposing an army of tick veterinarians tromping into the woods with teeny needles to vaccinate our least favorite arachnids for a transmissible bacterial disease, as hilarious and adorable as that mental image may be. I love your whimsical mind!
