Like I'm sorry but how am I straight???
Is anyone else ever genuinely shocked when you find out you have an impact on someone’s life? A coworker can be like “I’ve missed seeing you” and I’m just like “???? you?? missed me????? My presence has an effect on your daily experience???? I affect things??? W h a t ? ? ?”
Sometimes I wonder why I’m single but then I remember this is my taste in men
And these are men in my town

Hi lovely people, please help me choose my next tv show and vote :) Thanks!
I just got the audiobook from the library and I cannot wait to start reading Lovecraft Country by Matt Ruff!

🍂 Today I woke up early to meditate & see the sunrise, tried journaling in cursive, read a little, and made a 2nd attempt at dalgona coffee (the froth is better than yesterday!). So far so good.

"Once again...welcome to my house. Come freely. Go safely; and leave something of the happiness you bring."
— Dracula by Bram Stoker.
desperately trying to fit in some recreational reading..... always lots to do 😬
The last book I plan to read this month is Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier. I bought this edition that is almost forty years old and I've been annotating all my first impressions.
What do you think of it so far?
I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would! The story is simples, but the atmosphere is great and I love Mrs. Danvers as this dark figure always observing in the shadows. And I pity the heroine because is so obvious for us, the reader, that is going to be a tragedy. And when Mrs. Danvers suggested she dressed as the lady in the picture I was "No, don't listen to her!!!" and it was bad. Oh, god, worst than I thought.
still onto those envsci notes + hot cocoa
