Imagine if we had a Klavier Gavin Investigations, and we got a Flashback Case(TM) wherein a young Klavier (like, 15/years-old) accompanies the newly barred Kristoph to a crime scene.

We get to see their sibling dynamic, and it becomes evident Klav really looks up to Kristoph, but Kris seems to only tolerate Klavier. As the case goes on, Kristoph becomes increasingly agitated as Klavier is the one putting together all the facts and solving the crime. Because Kristoph is a master manipulator though, he talks down to Klavier and dismisses him before turning around and making it seem like the idea was his all along.

The case partially serves to explain why Kristoph perceived Klavier as such a threat and had to request the forgery so he could best him in court.

Oh god, I thought of something more:

What if the reason Klavier avoids investigating crime scenes in the present, largely leaving it to Ema, isn’t entirely because Ema hates him but because he believes he’s no good at it thanks to the way Kristoph kept putting him down all those years ago?
