I see that frowny face, titled at either end. It's simply a fact. The Vault has been quiet since the King made his attempts here, but the Steppes have not been. Electric portals shimmer new units to the Venusian soil every few minutes, and have been since Oryx fell silent to the ocean of Titan.

Where the heels of the machine march, more loss ensues. I don't believe these monsters the immediate threat, but I am too old to not see larger pictures when they are so obvious.

I don't see there being an expression of rudeness in feeling sorrow towards an inevitable situation, another war brought forward parallel to one already waged. It is an appropriate response to the fact of conflict being eternal, absolute.

Without knowing the full context to your question, I would very well assume she would be referring to me. She and Líadan Emer brought me some supplies today, gracious of them to do so.
