Just came upon your post today and wow, going through your blog is bringing back memories! I think you're the only OUAT account I still follow these days even though I no longer post about TV. It was my one and only time being apart of an active online fandom hahaha. Seems like just yesterday we were all here spending all of our time stalking set spoilers but it's really been 10+ years 🥲
That's amazing! I'm honored to be one of the only OUaT accounts you still follow - especially as I hardly ever post anymore, myself! OUaT was certainly the only show in my lifetime that I have dedicated hours and hours in online fandom to. I was thinking just the other day about that period in my life and how I'd scour the internet for set photos, read article after article, wait for Adam to post episode titles, wait for the days they would release episode promo photos, etc etc. Wild times! But wonderful times. :) I really did give up hours of my life for this, ha!
It feels like a million years since this show began - and it feels like I've lived a million lives since the pilot premiered! Is the fact that 12 years has gone by just as surreal to you as it is to me?!
Happy Birthday, Once Upon a Time! This show opened up for me some of the most exciting and fun opportunities of my life. It will always have a special place in my heart for the years I was so dedicated to it. To this day, the show remains one I go back to watch time and time again for my favorite moments. In retrospect, some of the craziest moments in the show were so wild - but it was our wild show and I will love and defend the craziness until the day I die.
Here's to 12 more years of happy OUaT memories and the special places the characters hold in our hearts!

adamhorowitzla Filming the ONCE UPON A TIME pilot. We premiered on ABC ten years ago today… 7 seasons and 156 episodes later, you can still check it out on Disney Plus if so inclined… it all feels like a minor miracle… but the truth is it was the result of the collaboration of hundreds and hundreds of hard working and incredibly talented people and millions and millions of fans around the world to whom we are forever grateful for letting us tell these stories.
