by the way, i've been posting a new story on FM for the past couple of weeks called The Visit - which I hope some of you may enjoy.

i *also* finally decided to start a Patreon - absolutely no pressure whatsoever for anyone to join up, I've just hit some unexpected expenses recently and people have reached out in the past about it, so I decided to give people the option if they feel very generous!

My hope for you this year is that you will do something positive for yourself. Go to that pride event, come out in a safe space to a trusted and loving friend, let yourself dress up and explore and grow in your gender expression and identity, and even go on that first date.

Also—and not to sound too much like your auntie—but remember, safety comes first. Your doctor or Planned Parenthood can help you get tested for STDs and recommend ways to avoid getting infected in the first place (including with PREP). Use protection.
