I see your post-eid boozy Saturday and raise you one lazy-ass, pajama-wearing, taco-inhaling, 3-game watching Saturday with all the trimmings. Today's lazy lunch were these insane tofu and black been tacos, drizzled with more sriracha than my stomach could ever handle, but I care not. Scramble the dried tofu and spice with salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, and oregano. Cook onions and garlic first, add the tofu, cook till there's no more liquid left. Then add some organic black beans. Heat up some corn tortillas, add tofu mix and top with chopped tomatoes, lime juice, and avocado. Recipe from @wholefoods
