family bonding || maria & saya
āHnn so the child has more experiance than the āadultāā She mused under her breath, noticing the other turn bright read. It didnāt really matter though she thought that, that kinda thing wasnāt 'normalā here, after all without Saki here something like that wouldnāt phase her. But sheād take what she could for material to use to tease others for her own amusment.
āI guess itās similar to that.ā Ghosts werent really a thing that was talked about in her village but she remembered reading on them in the libary when having to study past civiliation things that invovled possible cantus. That and the false minoshiro mentioned something similar to ghost.. a poly-something that could make things move like cantus enabled a person to do with their mind.
Maria didnāt really reconize the name of the food Saya mentioned though she just shruged and nodded, āer sureā
For a moment, Saya thought Maria might have been teasing her, but she didnāt quite catch what sheād said exactly. It wasnāt that out of the ordinary for her to get teased though. She was easily flustered, and plenty of her friends took advantage of it for amusement.Ā
Still, she was pleased she had managed to learn so much about the girl. Considering theyād be living together for a while, it would make it easier to get along.Ā āSo the futureās very different, but some things are still similar,ā she noted, tilting her head to the side.Ā āWell, I hope it wonāt be too hard for you to adjust. If you have any questions about anything, you can always ask me!ā Granted there was a lot she may not know, but there was nothing that said she couldnāt learn!
āAlright then!ā Saya clapped her hands together and headed for the kitchen. After a moment of inspecting the groceries, she decided what she wanted to make and began to cook. It made her smile when she remembered cooking alongside Yata in the kitchen of Homra. When she was finished, she dished it out for the two of them and set the table.Ā
āI hope you like it! Your first taste of food from the past.ā
