Okay I messed up the first time so I'm redoing it. Clarifying Vertigo's disability even though he's not going to win!

Primarily, he has a genetic inner ear deformity that has never been specified afaik, but may be similar in ways to Meniere's disease and/or SCDS.

Otherwise, he had bipolar disorder during his original run on the Suicide Squad.
