EXERCISE: 30 min full walk, upper average pace. SUNDAY did full walk at extremely brisk pace for 30 min to the point where i was sore the next day. BONUS: starting to feel some bones with ease or no effort (ribs, lower spine, shoulder bones), can see chest bones in the morning. mom commented this morning that she thinks i have lost too much weight, but she did not push the issue and kept it lighthearted which means that she is not serious about it (yet). not counted: 1/2 cup cucumbers, 1 cup watermelon, 1 cup grapes. regular 65-75 oz ice water/day.

DESSERT: projected 1 jello chocolate pudding cup (110 cal), would make daily total 845 which is really pushing it. go ahead and eat it but make up for it by drinking water and pushing fruit. don’t get too comfortable and don’t get too confident, because the second you’re too confident you’ll look down and be shocked at what a fat fucking lard blob you are. you are probably nowhere near as slim as you like to think and pretend you are, and once you find that out, it’s going to bite you in your ass that looks like it belongs to an obese 65 year old. fucking grubby lopsided fuck.
