Levy: Gluttony used to be really really fat.  Levy: He lost weight at such an unhealthy rate that his body couldn’t keep up and fell onto itself and just laid there.  Levy: For a while there he had bigger breasts than most women you’d meet but he’s more of a- rubber boy? So his stomach is like stretched out elastic at this point. It’s probably still healing itself from the sudden loss.
