Kisses come quite often with them, so what’s it like?

He wouldn’t outright say it, but he was rather nervous to share your first kiss together. He’s never had any experience, someone as brutal as him doesn’t exactly attract romance of any kind. Nevertheless, he found that confidence would hide it.
When the first kiss did happen, it was soft. He had his hand under your chin to guide your lips to his, other hand holding yours. He would lightly tease you for how red your face was, completely ignoring the heat of his own face.
You would end up teasing him back, Scaramouche completely denying it had you in a fit of giggles. To keep you down, he’d bring your face back to his and give you other kisses. It would surprise you, but you would quickly follow the rhythm.
It felt natural, having him beside you giving you most affection, not caring if others pass by your spot. Even if you pulled away, he’d still have his hand bring your chin back to him, kissing you deeper than before.
He’d give small pecks to your cheeks when greeting you, no matter how much time spent apart. He’s not shy at all either! He thinks doing it publicly, or at least in front of his subordinates, shows that you are not one to be messed with unless you want a Harbinger after you…
He likes to kiss your knuckles too, one kiss per knuckle if he feels like it. He’ll then whisper some soft words, mostly “I adore you” or “I’ll see you soon, my love”. He likes to see the flushed expression you give afterwards.
If we’re going down the NSFW route: although he may be gentle, he can deepen the kiss and take control over the pace. It would distract you from his hands snaking their way over to the places he wanted to touch.
Where does he like to kiss you the most?
Cheek and knuckles: a light and small way of greeting seems to have him in higher spirits! (He still does does not seem to be in a happy mood, as observed by his subordinates)
Suggestive/NSFW route: the back of the ear. He found that it makes you feel weak to the knees, whether he caught you off guard or not.
Surprisingly doesn’t think too much about it. He doesn’t think it’s any different from holding hands and the occasional hug you get. So when you ask him, rather shyly, if he could kiss you, he agreed. It shouldn’t hurt you, and it’ll make you happy, so how could this go wrong?
Lemme tell you- he had a whole meltdown. He knew your lips looked soft, even when he touched them he felt it. But when he pressed his own on yours he felt a sudden burst of warmth that he just could not help but lean into.
What was supposed to be a small peck turned into a whole make out session. Unconsciously, he’d have you pressed against the wall with his hands fiddling with whatever cloth covered your waist and another at the back of your head. Heavy breathes and occasional surprised squeaks would be heard from you, too overwhelmed from his complete change of character.
You’d have to pull away and ask him to stop, not because you’re uncomfortable (far from it) but because you knew that it would only go farther from there and it had taken a while to even touch his hand. You didn’t want to make him uncomfortable. He reassured you that he only felt joy, and wishes to continue if you do as well.
He’ll kiss you every chance he gets, somewhat addicted to how your lips feel against his. How his mind seems to go blank at the warmth. He’ll mumble a few endearing things here and there, making you let you a small giggle.
He may get a little self conscious here and there; worried about whether you liked the kisses or if he was doing it too much. You noticed that he seemed to get stand-off ish, slowly distancing himself away from the constant kisses. You had to reassure him that you loved them and that you never minded them.
If we’re going down the NSFW route: he’ll be a bit messy, but very gentle. He’ll be holding your head against his and would breathe heavily into you, lips moving together. If he were especially excited, he may graze his teeth against your lips.
Where does he like to kiss you the most?
As suggested, the lips. To him, it’s the perfect way to say “I love you”. He finds it relaxing and a great way to express the feelings he has a hard time verbally expressing.
Suggestive/NSFW route: the neck, he likes the way you grab onto his hair and shoulders, keeping yourself steady and standing.
The subject of affection in general is quite new to him, so when the thought of kissing you came up, he kinda treated it as an experiment. Books can only tell you so much, especially if most of the information gathered is from romance novels- all of which described it as it being a magical experience.
So he’ll go about it one of two ways: he’ll either be blunt about it and ask what kissing is like and go for it, or he’ll try and replicate the romance novels and flirt (shamelessly) his way through. Both work successfully, however the latter makes you flustered enough to forget you’re kissing him.
Either way, he’ll discover that the “magical feeling” was kinda right. He felt happy and overwhelmed and just kept going and going, not wanting the feeling to go away. You had to tap his shoulders to make him stop, seeing his dazed and flushed face made your whole body feel hot as well.
He apologized after seeing your expression despite you telling him that it was alright and that you enjoyed it as well. He’ll still feel a bit of guilt. I feel as if he’ll write down his experience afterwards, going in great detail. He won’t show anyone though, claiming it to be classified…
He’ll find the feeling of kissing you relaxing, saying that it puts his mind at ease when too many questions pop up. He’ll usually ask you to come to him and pull you into him, leaning to kiss your forehead first as a way to ask your permission.
Other times he’ll come behind you and reach out to kiss your cheeks, sliding his hands up and down your waist. He doesn’t say it, but you can tell that he likes the way you jump a little when he does that.
If we’re going down the NSFW route: he likes to kiss you in different places of your body, memorizing the way your body reacts. With permission, he’ll even go as far as to try it in semi public spaces, trying to see if you’d experience embarrassment more than pleasure.

Bigggggg forehead kisser, it acts as a wordless greeting when you enter his lab or when morning comes.
