i woke up feeling nostalgic for preschool, so here’s a preschool/primarycore regression board!

i’ve seen people talk about those who have adult lives out of regression, which is super important!

but those of you who:

💗 are regressed all the time

💗 are disabled and need constant help/attention even outside/during regression

💗 are gaining back the childhood they never had and need to, so don’t spend much time in an adult headspace or doing adult activities

💗 only have a regression/childhood like life, for whatever reason that is

💗 are sex repulsed and don’t like/want sex even outside of regression

all of you are also completely valid. it’s ok if you struggle with adult activities, it’s ok if you need help, it’s ok if you need to just be a child again.

it’s ok. i promise.

you are not a burden. i want you to heal.

Let's work together to go to bed!

🌙 have you washed up? taken a shower to make sure you're squeaky clean and soft (unless you don't take showers in the evening, then you're already squeaky clean!)

⭐ whilst you're in the bathroom, make sure to brush your teeth! the tooth fairy watches over you, and she only appears to good little beans who have squeaky clean teethies!

🌙 have you been to the bathroom, little one? you don't wanna have to get up in the night! make sure to wash your hands afterwards!

⭐ have you put on some comfy pjs? maybe a big shirt? maybe some feetie pyjamas? maybe even a onesie??!! make sure you wear something comfy!

🌙 have you taken any special medications that you need? if you take them they'll make you grow up big and strong! if you need me to baby bean, i'll hold your hand whilst you do it

⭐ oh baby! make sure you don't forget to get a glass of water for next to you: unless maybe... would you like a sippy cup of water instead? my little baby is too small for a big kid glass!

🌙 let's cuddle together, my sweet baby; we can read a story book together! where will we travel tonight? i'll read the big kid words and you can help me and point at the pictures; you're my clever baby!

⭐ now that you're feeling sleepy, i'll tuck you in with a little kissy ontop of your head; make sure that your stuffies are all tucked in next to you! they protect you in your dreams!

Good job baby bean, you're ready for bed! You've had a full day of adventures and it's time to recharge for a busy day tomorrow!! Sweet dreams my love - I'll keep you safe tonight <3
