My dear, it’s okay to cry. It’s okay if you want to scream so so loud that even people on airplanes would hear it. It’s okay to feel bad.
You’ll get better. You’re strong.
self-care rule ideas for littles
whether your little space is enjoyed by yourself or with a partner, discipline is very important. rules between you & your caregiver can help your bond grow strong & keep you safe while rules you give yourself can encourage your personality & happiness to thrive. most of the suggestions below should not involve punishments if broken because self-care is a difficult learning process for most.
🌙 | take your meds even if you think you don’t need them
💦 | don’t be so hard on yourself when things go wrong
📩 | be respectful to others (even the meanies)
🌿 | don’t give your love away to others so easily (let them earn it)
🎀 | take a break to drink some water
🐭 | make an effort to bathe or shower everyday
✈️ | be true to yourself & others
⭐️ | cloud-watch or take a walk once every two weeks to ease your mind
🌷 | turn off all electronics for one hour
🍼 | write down your negative thoughts then throw them away
🌱 | clean up after yourself since it pays off later
💧 | tidy your room every week because a clean space is a happy space
☁️ | spend some time taking deep breaths
💿 | eat at least one healthy, well-rounded meal a day
✨ | splurge on something that makes you happy
🌸 | tell the people closest to you that you love them (they need to hear it just as much as you)
🌵 | tell yourself that you are important because you are
♡ For Regressors With Anxiety ♡
❥ Journaling can sometimes help when it comes to finding out what’s causing your anxiety.
❥ it’s okay to cry during, before or after an anxiety attack.
❥ Sweating is normal.
❥ Bubble baths are awesome. (With bath bombs is even better.)
❥ Get some things to fidget with when out in public, like at school or work. I have slime and a couple things of scented playdoh I got from the dollar store. They help a lot when I’m panicky at school.
❥ It’s okay to plan out conversations or take time to prepare before doing something.
。☆✼★━━━━━━━━━★✼☆。
Here are some grounding methods I use to help me calm down during a panic attack or when I’m anxious, a lot of the time my daddy does these with me. (I take no credit for coming up with these, I found them on the internet.)
What are:
❥ 5 things you can see
❥ 4 things you could touch
❥ 3 things you can hear
❥ 2 things you can smell
❥ 1 thing you could taste
Or try
❥ Taking a cold shower. Cold exposure has shown to increase immunity, reduce fat, and elevate mood. (By triggering dopamine.)
♡ Helping Sad Babies ♡
❥ Get them some juice, warm milk, chocolate or strawberry milk in a sippy cup/bottle.
❥ Put on their favorite show/movie. Try to get them to pay attention to it. (“Look (nickname)! What’s/Who’s that?”)
❥ Offer them to take a nap, maybe take nap with them.
❥ Give them hugs and kisses. If LD then blow them kisses while video chatting!! My daddy does it and it always gets me all happy and giggly.
❥ Backrubs. Whisper it’s gonna be okay and that you loves them. It helps a lot.
❥ Ask them where their favorite stuffie is! Make them get it and cuddles with it. Maybe talk to their stuffie. ^~^
❥ Make them laugh with corny jokes, silly faces or tickles!
❥ Cuddles.

hello! i was wondering, are you a cg?
kind of!!!
majority of the time, i’m a baby regressor, honestly i think of myself more of like.. a regressor helping regressors! but honestly i get in a carer mood sometimes which is why i made this blog, so yes i am! not full time but i am!!
Self-care is important!
🎀🐛🌸🌷🍼
how to help your little regress! 🧸
🧸 baby talk to them! this always makes me feel super duper small!
🧸 make them feel like a learning baby! ask them questions like, ‘what colour is this?’
🧸 call them ‘baby’ names! ‘little one’, ‘baby’, etc.
🧸 ask them if they want to be small! “is my baby feeling little?” or “do you need to regress?”
🧸 help them with things! tie their shoes, help them put on their jacket, help them reach something… say things like, “you’re too little for that, let me help you.”
🧸 do ‘small’ activities with them! bring out a colouring book for them, watch their favourite baby show with them, etc.
🧸 praise them! this isn’t particularly a ‘little’ thing, but it always makes me feel small when my daddy says things like, “good job, baby!” maybe add in some things like, “i’m proud of you!” or “you did so good!”
🧸 tell them you want to take care of them! when my daddy can tell i need to regress, he says things like, “daddy needs to take care of his baby” and “daddy misses his little one”
🧸 cuddle them! snuggles with your cg will make any little feel safe, loved, and small <3
🧸 rock them! rock your little in your arms, just a bit, and it may help them feel small! it’s very comforting for me, especially when im having a bad day.
🧸 carry them places! when they are sleepy is the best time to do it — carry them to bed and tuck them in, or carry them just for fun! bounce them when you’re holding them for an added bonus ! :•)
🧸 pour them drinks and cut up their food for them! it makes me feel so small when daddy’s prepared a snack for me and poured some juice in a sippy cup.
🧸 make them ‘baby’ snacks! baby carrots, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, sliced apples…these snacks are the best for making a little one feel small and special!
