Okay, so.

Apparently in a lot of universes, the big region-wide "evil team" stuff is taken care of by a single person, usually a preteen, who goes on to become League Champion. These people are (jokingly (I hope)) called "protagonists" by the community here.

"Chosens" are a... related concept. A mortal can be "chosen" by a legendary to have some of their abilities to serve a greater purpose. Most Chosens are also protagonists, but a lot of protagonists aren't Chosens.

(This is all assuming that everything on here can be taken at face value and it's not all one big hoax, but that seems very unlikely at this point lol)
