So I havent been on at all over the weekend

.. I was busy climbing a mountain overnight. I'll do a proper post when I get home from work - yes, I don't even get a day off work to recover! I am in so much pain!

I am trekking up Ben Nevis (UK's highest peak) tonight to raise money for charity

I am beyond excited :) It's gonna be so tiring though but I'll take loads of photos :D

80 day weight loss challenge - day 1

Write your current stats: height, current weight, goal weight, why are you losing weight?

Height: 5'3

Current Weight: 127lbs

Goal Weight: 117lbs

Why am I losing weight? I was my goal weight last summer in the picture below and I felt brilliant. I was happy with how I looked and I had loads of confidence. I want to go back to that. Also, I think losing a few pounds might help with my running - if I'm not carrying extra weight for my frame.

Realize that anyone who tries to put you down about your appearance is assuming that it is your job to please them visually. Once you realize that it isn’t your job to be visually pleasing to anyone, ever, it becomes very hard for anyone to make you feel bad about yourself.
