my wind breaker hot take is that i think sakura's representative colour should be wind breaker green and not amber/orange. and yes i know its to compliment his eye and yes it makes sense to use an existing colour in his design for cohesion and yes i like the cute idea that suo (red) + nirei (yellow) = sakura (orange) and yes i understand amber has its own significance and yes i still think it looks objectively good

but to me sakura is green. he is growth and spring itself. he is bofurin, and bofurin is he.

thinking about sakura having too much "freedom" because no one bothered to give him a chance and suo having no choice because too much is expected of him; maybe that freedom of sakuras was something suo wished could be his too

cuz after sakura found somewhere he wanted to be, he could just be. he could get angry, he could make mistakes, he could throw a fist, he could quietly rest, and he would be loved for it

suo cant choose that. like irrespective of whether his life is in direct control of someone or a group, or whether thats just the circumstances of everything for suo, he cant choose

like its so djskhsjs that any part of sakuras circumstances could be something almost truly enviable for another character which is kinda one of the things that really puts them on equal ground, in my eyes anw
